The Brief

Bringing Clarity to a Complex Offering

Neuro-Ink had grown into a broad organisation offering consultancy, training, family support, events and resources, but the existing website had become difficult to navigate and did not clearly communicate how the different areas fit together. The brief was to simplify the structure, improve the user journey and create a more considered website that reflected the warmth, expertise and personality behind the organisation and the founder.

The Outcome

A Clearer, More Purposeful Website

I redesigned the website around a much clearer structure, bringing Neuro-Ink’s services, story, values and resources together in a way that is easier to understand and explore. The new site uses stronger hierarchy, more focused messaging and a more consistent visual direction, creating a warmer and more credible online presence while helping different audiences find the support or information most relevant to them.

The Process

We began by understanding Neuro-Ink’s audiences, services and goals. This helped identify where the existing website was creating confusion and what needed to be clearer for families, schools and professionals.

I simplified the website structure and reorganised the content into clearer user journeys. Pages were planned around what visitors needed to find, reducing competing information and making the different areas of Neuro-Ink easier to understand.

I redesigned and built the site around Neuro-Ink’s existing identity, creating a warmer, more consistent visual experience with a stronger hierarchy, clearer calls to action, and layouts that work across desktop and mobile.

The finished website brings Neuro-Ink’s services, story and resources together in a much clearer way. Final content, navigation, and responsive layouts were checked before launch, resulting in a site that is easier to use, update, and grow.
